Your mission
* Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the Spanish market, aligning with Eye-Able.com's overall business objectives
* Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs to drive revenue growth
* Lead by example by selling yourself to key clients ensuring quick success in establishing a strong portfolio of high value clients in Spain
* Oversee and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads within the target sectors
* Leverage and expand your network within the public sector or private sectors (banking, insurance, e-commerce) to drive business opportunities
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction
* As the team grows, transition into a General Management role, overseeing various functions such as operations, finance, and HR in the Spanish market
* Provide insights and feedback to the global leadership team regarding market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
* Ensure that all business activities comply with local regulations and Eye-Able.com's standards
Your profile
* A passion for our mission to make the digital world more accessible
* Familiarity with digital accessibility and web compliance standards is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a fast-growing environment, with a strong focus on sales and marketing
* Strong network within the public sector or private sectors (banking, insurance, e-commerce)
* Skills:
*
o Extensive experience with go-to-market strategies and execution in Spain
o Proven experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams
o Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
o Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
o Experience in selling digital products or services is essential
o Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

But what does accessibility mean in the age of digitalization? According to a study by Aktion Mensch on the usage behavior of people with disabilities, it means that people with disabilities can use the Internet, i.e. perceive, understand, navigate and interact. In its 2006 Human Rights Convention, the United Nations even defines unhindered access to information and communication, including the Internet, as a fundamental human right.
