Build Meaningful Relationships
* Acquire and build long-term, trustworthy relationships with new clients and intermediaries from and in France.
* Contribute to the bank's growth strategy by developing a value proposition that meets the needs of French private customers and financial intermediaries.
* Conduct research to identify business opportunities with existing and new customers.
* Develop a comprehensive growth strategy and maintain an extensive knowledge of the current market conditions to detect and/or anticipate possible commercial opportunities for customers.
* Collaborate across business lines to develop new business leads and ensure excellent after-sales service to guarantee customer satisfaction.
* Attend and coordinate events (seminars, conferences) to grow your portfolio.
* Utilize our internal CRM to track business development activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven track record in sales positions.
* Strong network of private customers and financial intermediaries in France.
* Excellent knowledge of products and services required by French private customers and financial intermediaries.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to build sustainable relationships.
* Proven negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
* High level of integrity and ethics.
* Relevant university background in Finance.
* Fluent in French and English; any other language is seen as an advantage.
* Strongly client- and results-oriented.
* Rigorous, organized, and methodical in customer approach actions.
* Motivated to be part of a team.
* Willing and able to travel.
