The Opportunity
We are seeking a
Lead Planner

What You'll Do
* Build and manage project schedules covering the full lifecycle - scope, milestones, and timelines - using critical path methodology.
* Ensure ownership and accountability through Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
* Lead schedule baselining, updates, and integration across project levels.
* Negotiate timelines and manage interdependencies to achieve optimal client outcomes.
* Provide expert analysis, reporting, and schedule progress updates.
* Facilitate Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions.
* Participate in risk analysis workshops and support QRA processes.
* Lead and mentor your team to deliver consistently high performance and quality outcomes.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in
pharmaceutical construction projects
(essential).
* Strong background in
Primavera P6 scheduling
.
* Experience with
Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA)
on mission-critical or data centre projects.
* Degree (or equivalent experience) in project management, engineering, or construction-related discipline.
* Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and able to lead teams effectively.
