We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and hands-on team member to manage and execute our communication and PR strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with one of the founding partners of Ananda, a pioneer in impact investing in Europe, and to shape the narrative of social and environmental impact across Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, marketing, and/or PR within the tech startup ecosystem or VC, coupled with a passion for impact, driving positive change, and amplifying Ananda's brand presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Align and collaborate closely with the investment team to stay informed about the latest portfolio developments and pipeline activities.
2. Prepare and publish timely articles and social media posts about portfolio company milestones, news, and achievements, ensuring appropriate and strategic distribution.
3. Produce high-quality content for various channels, including LinkedIn posts, blog articles, press releases, and newsletters.
4. Support fundraising activities by preparing compelling presentations, investor updates, and communication materials reflecting the fund’s activities, impact, and performance.
5. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with Ananda's mission and objectives.
6. Manage and execute engaging social media campaigns to increase brand awareness.
7. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
8. Initiate, organize, and promote events such as webinars and panel discussions.

Job requirements:

1. Several years of experience in communications, PR, or social media roles within the tech startup environment.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English is required, German is a plus.
3. Proven track record in managing and growing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
4. Experience with and passion for graphic design tools.
5. Ability to analyze marketing metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
