Office Manager - International Investment Firm - Frankfurt
One of our clients that we’ve had a longstanding partnership has asked me to recruit a new Office Manager role for their boutique Frankfurt office. This is a permanent role to start as soon as possible, and fluency in German and professional level English are essential.
The main core of the role will be to manage the daily operations and management of the busy office, working alongside a team of brilliant assistants. It’s a challenging fast-paced environment and everyone has high standards and is very humble - no one is too precious to do the small tasks or jump into bigger projects.

Operations and facilities management
Organising team and investor events
Providing HR support in regard to recruitment and onboarding/offboarding
An ideal candidate for this Office Manager role will have experience working for a fast-paced, international firm in an operational support role. You should be happy working in the office with some flexibility to work from home.
5-10 years’ experience in office management, operations, facilities management, or business support
~ Experience working in a fast-paced, international firm - ideally from a professional services background
~ Invoice management and budget tracking experience
~ Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects
~ Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
~ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
