As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to cover Middle & South Germany. In this role, you will report directly to the Country Manager of Germany and play a key role in driving our regional expansion. Responsibilities Implement the commercial strategy to attract companies looking for logistics real estate solutions. Maintain close relationships with real estate agents and act as a complementary partner, working alongside clients throughout the process. Develop new sites and seek acquisitions of existing logistics buildings (including sale & leaseback, land). Build, maintain, and further develop professional relationships. Lead contract negotiations and collaborate closely with the legal team and project managers on new construction projects. Monitor trends and developments in the logistics sector, focusing on smart buildings, sustainability, etc., and their impact on the portfolio. Qualifications Master’s degree or relevant professional experience. Strong, proven track record in a logistics‑driven environment. Fluency in German and English. Team player who collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong commercial mindset and clear understanding of customer needs. Communicative, proactive, dynamic, with a talent for building long‑term relationships.
