Your responsibilities
* Monitor and follow up on open purchase orders with factories to ensure timely delivery
* Maintain and update daily inventory reports to support sales, demand planning and stock accuracy
* Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, finance) to resolve PR and delivery discrepancies
* Support data entry and document management in ERP system and supply chain tools
* Assist in preparing supply chain performance reports and KPIs
* Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed
Your profile
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
* Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and ERP systems is a plus
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
