This role involves representing the IT department in various forums, circulating information related to committees and working groups, and implementing communication strategies for exclusive IT tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Representation and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related matters within European institutions.
* Information Circulation: Ensure timely dissemination and follow-up on IT information relevant to committees and working groups.
* IT Tool Implementation: Develop and maintain effective communication strategies for collaborative IT tools used by European institutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will require a university degree in Information Technology, management, finance, or economics with an IT option. Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in French is highly desirable. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is considered an asset. Essential skills include critical thinking, good writing and analytical abilities, as well as the capacity to synthesize complex issues.
