We are looking for support in test management for a long-term project at a well-known insurance group. The focus of the assignment is in the area of agent remuneration and sales systems.

1. Start date: 01.01.2026 (latest start: 01.02.2026)
2. Duration: Until 31.12.2027 (with extension option)
3. Location: Kiel / Hybrid
4. Workload: Full-time 38.5 /h week
5. Remote share: Mainly remote possible. However, one attendance week (4 days in a row) per month at the Kiel location is required.
6. Willingness to travel: If required, travel to other locations is necessary.

Your tasks
You will assume responsibility for quality assurance and control of test activities in a complex project environment.
16. Strategic test management: Planning and continuous development of the test strategy for manual and automated tests, including the definition of roles and responsibilities.
17. Test planning & coordination: Creation and maintenance of test plans in close coordination with the project management, the specialist departments and the work package managers.
18. Coaching & quality assurance: Guidance (coaching) of work package managers to increase test quality and work efficiency. Ensuring test coverage across all levels.
19. Defect management: Setting up, controlling and monitoring the entire defect management process (prioritization, tracking, reporting and escalation).
20. Reporting: Monitoring test progress and preparing regular status reports for project management
Your profile
We are looking for a Senior Consultant with at least 6 years of professional experience and a solid background in the insurance industry.
Professional requirements:
21. Industry know-how: In-depth knowledge of core insurance processes and sales processes is mandatory.
22. Specialist knowledge: You have explicit know-how of remuneration processes, commission mechanisms and intermediary processes (and data).
23. Tools & methods:
24. Confident handling of Jira and Xray is a prerequisite.
25. Knowledge of the Robot Framework automation tool.
26. Experienced handling of MS365 products.
