You will lead a team responsible for maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards, and drive projects across our network to boost productivity.

A Day in the Life
You'll work night shifts at one of our sites, focusing on maintaining productivity. Your main priorities include owning and driving a culture of safety, upholding quality and shift performance standards, overseeing process improvements, and driving implementation.

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques, as well as working in logistics environments or with MS Office, can be beneficial.
