Your tasks
10. In your new role, you will assume technical expertise in sterility testing and method verification with technical authority to issue instructions
11. Planning routine releases and verification and special analyses under cGMP conditions
12. Ensuring laboratory procedures and weekly sample planning for the timely release of analyses and compliance with sample turnaround times
13. Contact person and support for projects, troubleshooting, special investigations and studies
14. Processing of deviations, changes, events and OOX events as well as the creation and revision of regulations and GMP documents
Your profile
15. Completed Master's or Bachelor's degree in natural sciences with initial relevant professional experience or completed scientific training as a biology laboratory technician with many years of professional experience or a comparable qualification acquired through relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector
16. First professional experience in the cGMP environment
17. Experience in GMP-compliant working methods, their regulations (ICH, pharmacopoeias) and microbiological analyses
18. Experience in technical guidance of several people or larger teams as well as interface communication
19. Natural handling of common office and laboratory software (LIMS)
20. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
21. Independent work with regard to proactive solution finding, optimization of processes, as well as continuous increase in efficiency of laboratory processes
22. Very good communication and teamwork skills
23. In exceptional cases, the position may require working on a Saturday, of course with prior agreement and taking individual circumstances into account
