The Director Global Marketing and Product Management (m/f/d) is responsible for shaping and executing the global marketing and portfolio strategy for Infusion Pump Systems, including devices and software solutions. This role ensures the alignment of product development and lifecycle management with market needs and company objectives, drives global business development initiatives, and leads a high-performing team to deliver innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes worldwide.
Your Assignments:
Portfolio Strategy & Execution
1. Define and implement global portfolio strategy aligned with company objectives and market needs
2. Lead approval process for new product developments, including global business cases
3. Manage the entire product lifecycle globally—from launch to end-of-life strategies
Product Development
4. Ensure timely definition of business and product requirements
5. Lead Voice of Customer initiatives and build a representative customer panel
6. Set clear priorities for roadmap execution and resource allocation
Global Business Development
7. Monitor global business contribution and portfolio profitability
8. Recommend pricing strategies, business models, and product bundling
9. Evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships within and adjacent to core business
Team Leadership
10. Lead and inspire a team of Global Product Managers
11. Define optimal team structure and recruit talent as needed
12. Set individual objectives and manage performance
Your Profil:
13. Completed university degree in Marketing, Engineering, Healthcare, or a comparable discipline
14. Extensive experience in senior marketing and portfolio management roles within the MedTech industry; experience in infusion therapies and hospital digital solutions is an advantage
15. Strong knowledge of healthcare solutions combining medical devices and software
16. Experience in business development and international roll-out strategies
17. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
18. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
19. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
20. Competence in leadership, agile working methods, and strategic planning
21. Excellent English skills, written and spoken
