As Group Leader Laboratory Design, you will play a key role in leading and developing our team, while also contributing to the technical execution of complex projects in the regulated Life Sciences environment. You will actively shape the future of our laboratory planning — organizationally, technically, and with a strong customer focus.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities
* Disciplinary leadership of the Laboratory Design group, including efficient capacity and resource planning
* Conducting structured employee dialogues with a focus on goal setting, development, and performance
* Promoting open team communication and establishing a learning-oriented work culture
* Supporting the development of team members into "process and laboratory experts" through targeted technical mentoring
* Ensuring training in the use of technical documentation and Exyte-specific tools
* Providing technical support in ongoing projects and ensuring technical quality
* Building and maintaining long-term client relationships to identify and realize follow-up projects
* Representing the Laboratory Design group in interdisciplinary project teams and actively contributing to project strategy
Show Your Expertises
* Several years of experience in the planning and/or design of laboratory and process systems in the regulated Life Sciences environment (cGMP)
* Practical experience in executing complex projects, ideally in an international or multicultural context
* Proven leadership skills in technical project teams or as a group leader
* In-depth knowledge of laboratory, process, and systems engineering with a focus on GMP requirements
* Strong analytical skills for structured problem-solving in a project context
* Interdisciplinary understanding of engineering interfaces and technical correlations
* Confident handling of national and international standards, guidelines, and technical regulations
