What you'll do
* In your role, you're responsible for translating the company's goals into medium to long-term business plans
* In addition to your responsibility for regular management reports and business updates, your tasks also include helping to create the Long Range Plan
* You're involved in managing the LRP consolidation process within the organisation
* You work on business cases for new products that contribute to our medium and long-term goals and prepare the basis for management decisions
* You continuously develop the processes and internal reporting with new ideas
* You're also responsible for creating business models and various scenarios
What you'll bring
* You've a university degree with an economic focus and several years of experience in a similar position in finance/controlling/reporting - ideally in an auditing company
* You're able to think entrepreneurially and you describe your work as extremely self-motivated
* You like working with numbers and have an analytical & conceptual approach
* Above all, flexibility and resilience as well as strong communication skills are among your strengths
* You've advanced knowledge of financial modelling in Excel
* You've expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, IFRS, US GAAP, HGB and German tax law
* Good English skills round off your profile - good German language skills are an advantage
