Your tasks:
* Development and implementation of communication strategies to increase brand awareness and address specific target groups
* Planning, implementation and development of content for the respective platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, YouTube, WeChat, etc.) and target groups
* Analyzing new social media trends, e.g. the use of VR/AR for product demonstrations and deriving/recommending their use within the communication mix
* Coordination of internal and external resources for the creation of images, graphics, translations and other content
* Networking with influencers and industry experts and developing partnerships with other brands and companies to achieve greater reach on relevant topics
* Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing measures used and monitoring the available budget
* Analyzing the performance of the various social media channels and creating regular reports and analysis of the competition

Your profile:
* Completed studies in marketing, communication, social media, PR, or marketing-related training with relevant professional experience
* Several years of professional experience in marketing, social media and PR
* Advanced knowledge of social media management and content creation
* Experience in working with external agencies and service providers
* Creativity and a good feel for target group-oriented communication
* Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
* Very good communication skills in German and English, both orally and in writing
