Information Security Role
Contribute to a secure and compliant environment by developing and managing information security documents, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining data classification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage information security documents.
* Harmonize and update security documents to maintain uniformity across the organization and verify compliance with security policies and standards.
* Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in projects and initiatives and recommend mitigation measures.
* Follow up on remediation steps for pen tests and audits while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain and implement a framework for data classification to ensure accurate classification and documentation of all data, supporting future project analysis and business needs.
* Provide regular reporting on security operations, risk posture, and compliance status to senior management and relevant authorities.
* Manage day-to-day security requests needed from incident response and security tests.
* Develop and maintain a security testing program and ensure its proper execution.
* Support information security training and awareness packages for group-wide staff.
* Support the definition of roles and access permissions to ensure secure access to information systems and monitor identity and access management systems.
Requirements:
* Hold a master's degree in IT or an equivalent field.
* Have at least five years of experience in a similar role.
* Have a high capacity for analysis and synthesis and can manage priorities effectively.
* Be proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented.
* Have a keen eye for details and a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
* Have highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French. German is a plus.
