Job Title: Corporate Officer
As a Corporate Officer, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day corporate-legal administration of our clients. This involves handling all aspects of company operations, from incorporation to liquidation and dissolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and organizing board and shareholder meetings, including drafting minutes and resolutions
* Managing client relationships and communicating with third parties, such as lawyers, notaries, banks, and Luxembourg authorities
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in a similar environment in Luxembourg
* Fluent English skills, with French being an additional asset
* Strong language skills, an open personality, and good autonomy
* The ability to adapt to a dynamic and human-sized structure
* A Bachelor's degree in Law is highly desirable
