Receptionist
In this role, you will be one of a team of three, supporting the client experience within Berenberg's London of-fice. Manage the setup of client meetings and events including pre-event logistics, furniture changes, diary man-agement, client registration, hospitality arrangements, IT requirements and, as relevant, ad hoc support e.g. additional housekeeping.
Complete throughout the day meeting room checks e.g. ensure all furniture in position / all IT kit including ca-bling and controls are present, removing old presentations from the AV screens etc.
