Billing assistants are essential to the banking and finance teams within legal environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organize daily administrative tasks, manage workload efficiently;
* Handle a range of duties such as drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, managing travel arrangements, scheduling, calendar management, coordinating meetings and conference calls, and supporting billing activities;
* Maintain accurate monthly and weekly reporting;
* Assist with departmental coordination including monitoring follow-up actions and internal task tracking;
* Support senior management meetings, attend, record minutes, and follow up on action items;
* Welcome clients professionally.
Requirements:
* Degree or training in administrative support (e.g., BTS, Licence LEA, or equivalent);
* Prior experience in billing processes;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
* Fluency in English; French is also preferred;
* Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, proactive attitude, and attention to detail;
* Comfortable interacting with senior professionals in a dynamic setting;
* Excellent communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and drive to deliver high-quality support.
