Compliance Manager Aesthetics DACH Job Description
In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our organization's ethics and compliance programs across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. As a Compliance Manager Aesthetics DACH, your responsibility lies in leading the Affiliate Compliance Insights Forum (ACIF) to foster a culture of integrity within our organization.
* Act as the OEC leader within the Affiliate and support key compliance activities.
* Lead an effective ACIF for ensuring best practices are implemented throughout affiliates.
You will work closely with senior leadership to establish and sustain a culture of compliance at both regional and affiliate levels. This position also involves collaborating with various business functions such as Commercial, Finance, Medical, Legal, HR, Regulatory Public Affairs to achieve objectives while maintaining adherence to regulatory standards.
