Join us as a (Senior) Test Operations Manager - System-of-Systems (all genders) in our Technical Program Management domain and help shape the future of autonomous mobility! To make the vision of an autonomously driving mobility service a reality, we are building up the new business domain “System-of-Systems”. Within this domain, all activities for integrating the entire Robot-Taxi-Service out of several subsystems are conducted. A key task is test management and operations, which ensures that the (HiL-) simulation infrastructure of MOIA is up and running. In the next step, on this simulation infrastructure, the release regression tests are executed. As a (Senior) Test Operations Manager in our Technical Program Management domain, you will have the opportunity to shape processes, drive impactful changes, take ownership of our simulation infrastructure, and participate in decision-making in our System-of-Systems domain. What you will do Operations & test management: Own the budgetary and financial planning of the entire (HiL-) simulation infrastructure & testing activities. Act as the central coordinator for simulation infrastructure. Coordination and management of external partner companies. Own and manage the large-scale HiL-simulation Infrastructure. Coordinate procurement transactions to extend and maintain the simulation infrastructure. Ensure that all test operations are running. What will help you to fulfill your role Experience with ensuring that all test operations are running smoothly. Excellent coordination and communication skills across technical and nontechnical teams. Excellent organisational skills. Nice-to-have: Solid understanding of automotive testing processes.
