To strengthen our team in Winnenden(Stuttgart Area) as soon as possible, we are looking for a Financial Analyst (Operations) (f/m/d)Your role:We are currently recruiting a Financial Analyst to join the European Headquarters based in Winnenden (Stuttgart Area) office.
The successful candidate will primarily support the EMEA Power Tools Division and collaborate closely with department managers across key central functions including Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Quality to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, involving regular interaction with various departments and finance teams across the company.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial results through active management and coordination with relevant stakeholdersPrepare and deliver complex monthly reporting, including actuals and year-to-go forecasts with clear insightsAnalyse and present monthly performance to the departmental managers, identify key trends, potential risks and opportunities to support informed decision-makingSupport the annual budgeting process, including planning, reporting and presentation.
