Deine Aufgaben The development and operational management of global performance‑marketing campaigns focused on Meta and LinkedIn. Managing global media plans, budget distribution and forecasts for optimal use of marketing budgets. Continuous evaluation, reporting of campaign performance, deriving actionable recommendations and presenting results. Conceptualising, implementing and optimising organic social‑media activities with Sprout Social‑tool, including editorial planning, content creation, community management and performance analysis. Conducting international training and advising national organisations. Ensuring a solid understanding of the tracking landscape (e.g. server‑side and client‑side tracking, Google Tag Manager) and use of analysis tools (GA4, Matomo, etc.). Dein Profil Completed degree or vocational training in marketing or comparable field. Several years of experience in the operational management of Meta and LinkedIn Ads, ideally also on an agency side. Excellent knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Matomo, Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical thinking and comfortable handling data and numbers. Good sense and interest in current digital trends. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Co‑Pilot and very good German‑ and English‑language skills in speaking and writing.
