DEUTSCH:
In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für den Erhalt und die Auswertung von Daten aus unserem MES- sowie ERP-System zur Unterstützung und Verbesserung unser Supply Chain Prozesse unserer Produktionsstandorte in Europa. Sie identifzieren Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und tragen zur Beseitigung von Störungsfaktoren innerhalb der Lieferkette oder des Fertigungsprozesses bei. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Bereichen Logistik und Finance sowie Qualität und Fertigung zusammen.
ENGLISH:
In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and analyzing data from our MES and ERP system to support and improve our supply chain processes at our production sites in Europe. You will identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the elimination of disruptive factors within the supply chain or manufacturing process. You will work closely with Logistics and Finance as well as Quality and Manufacturing.

DEUTSCH:
1. Überwachung der Bestandszahlen unserer europäischen Produktionswerke unter Verwendung von Daten aus unseren MES- und ERP-Systemen, um die tägliche Leistung zu validieren.
2. Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen für fehlerhafte Daten oder Produktionsprobleme (z. B. Produktionsmengenprobleme, Ausschussprobleme, Bestandsabweichungen). Implementierung und Umsetzung von Wiederherstellungsplänen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Werken.
3. Verantwortlich für die Unterstützung bei der Durchführung des API-Prozesses. Überprüfung der API-Bereitschaft in den Werken und Unterstützung der Werke mit technischem Wissen.
4. Verantwortlich für die Überwachung der Einhaltung der Global SCM Data Integrity Unternehmensrichtlinien/Verfahren/Praktiken zur Verbesserung der Gesamtleistung in allen SCM Data Integrity Bereichen.
5. Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung neuer und die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Tools zur Unterstützung der Werke im Bereich Datenintegrität.
6. Verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Verteilung regelmäßiger Berichte durch Sammlung, Analyse und Zusammenfassung von Daten und Trends.
7. Überwachen und Überprüfen der Bestandswerte unserer Werke, Überprüfen der PFEP-Genauigkeit und der PFEP-Möglichkeiten sowie Ansprechen von Problemen bei den SCM Ansprechpartnern in den Werken.
8. Durchführung interner Audits im Datenintegritätssystem für die europäischen Werke und Unterstützung der Werke mit Best Practices.
9. Entwicklung und Durchführung von Plex- und Oracle-Schulungen für SCM-Teams in unseren Werken.
10. -Unterstützung und Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des SCM und mit anderen Funktionen, wie z.B. Logistik und Finanzen, um dokumentierte Standards einzuführen und aufrechtzuerhalten.
ENGLISH:
11. Monitor inventory integrity for EU production plants, utilizing data from our MES and ERP systems to help validate daily performance.
12. Provide root cause analysis for incorrect data or manufacturing issues (like production quantity issues, scrap issues, inventory discrepancies). Implement and support recovery plans in collaboration with plants.
13. Responsible for support in performing the API process. Review of API readiness with plants and support plants with technical knowledge
14. Responsible for monitoring adherence to Global SCM Data Integrity corporate policies / procedures / practices to improve overall performance in all SCM Data Integrity areas.
15. Responsible for creating new and develop current tools supporting plants in data integrity area.
16. Responsible for the preparation and distribution of regular operational reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
17. Monitor and review inventory values of our plants, review PFEP accuracy and opportunities and raise issues to SCM at plants
18. Perform internal audit in data integrity system for european plants and support plants with best practice.
19. Develop and conduct Plex and Oracle trainings for SCM teams at our plants.
20. Support and collaborate within SCM and other functions, such as Logistics and Finance, to establish and maintain documented standards.
Required Skills and Education
DEUTSCH:
21. Master in Datenwissenschaft, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder in einem verwandten Bereich
22. Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der SCM-Datenanalyse oder einem verwandten Bereich
23. Nachgewiesener Erfolg bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von SCM-Datenintegritätsstrategien
24. Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse (SCM und Finanzanalyse)
25. bisher Key User in mindestens einem ERP-System, Kenntnisse in PLEX und Oracle willkommen
26. Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz, Fähigkeit zu selbstständigem Arbeiten
27. Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, funktionsübergreifend und in internationalen Teams zu arbeiten
28. Beherrschung von MS Office und Datenanalysetools (z. B. Excel, Power BI)
29. Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von SCM-Prozessen und Best Practices, vorzugsweise in einer Produktionsumgebung
30. Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
31. Reisebereitschaft
ENGLISH:
32. Master´s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
33. A minimum of 5 years of experience in SCM Data Analytics or a related field
34. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing SCM data integrity strategies
35. Proven experience in data analysis (SCM and Finance)
36. Being a key user of at least one ERP system, knowledge in PLEX and Oracle welcome
37. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently
38. Very good communication skills and ability to work cross-functional and in international teams
39. Proficiency in MS Office and data analytic tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
40. Strong understanding of SCM processes and best practices, preferable in a manufacturing environment
41. Business fluency in German and English
42. Willingness to business travel
