We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive DACH (m/f/d) to join and drive the commercial processes at one of our Ecosystem Companies. As a Sales Executive, you’ll support, grow, and optimize sales operations across the DACH region while executing high‑impact revenue activities. In This Role Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between buyers and suppliers. Collaborate with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges that may arise during the trading process. Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and suppliers to foster long‑term partnerships. Address any concerns or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem resolution. Work closely with the Operations and Tech teams to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Please note that this position is based in Berlin. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent German skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment. Basic understanding of national and international trade and supply chain management is a plus.
