We are looking for an experienced Senior Controller / FP&A to strengthen our finance organization and lead core FP&A topics across Europe, with close alignment to our US headquarters. Act as a finance business partner to sales, supply chain and operations
Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
Several years of experience in FP&A / Controlling, ideally in retail or consumer goods
Strong know-how in costing, inventory accounting and margin analysis
Prior experience in an international environment, ideally with US stakeholders
Advanced Excel and ERP experience; Fluent English and German are required
Structured, proactive and hands-on leadership style
A key finance leadership role with international exposure
Hybrid working model with office in Penzberg
