You have at least 3 years of experience in the support of SAP R/3 and/or S/4 Hana in a comparable function and industry You have experience with other business systems, e.g. Sales Force (CRM) and Windchill (PLM), which is desirable You possess a good general understanding of business administration You have experience in project and change management You have good German (at least B2) and very good English skills, spoken and written, at least level C1 You have advanced Excel knowledge and knowledge of the user-specific settings in the SAP solution, which is desirable You show initiative, independence, analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and are an independent learner able to acquire new knowledge You have a strong customer-orientation and a desire to support the business
