Your responsibilities:
To support our human resources department. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth insights into human resources management and recruitment and expand your expertise in an inspiring team context.
1. Support in human resources support: Active participation in all personnel-relevant tasks
2. Administrative support: taking on organizational tasks to increase the efficiency of our human resources team
3. Support in the area of health protection
4. Project collaboration: Engage in HR projects and initiatives to further develop our HR strategies
5. Data maintenance: responsible for human resources files and databases
6. Documentation: Creating professional presentations and important corporate documents
Your profile & offering:
7. Study: Enrolled student (m/w/d) in the field of human resources, BWL or a related discipline
8. Engagement: High willingness to learn and initiative
9. Communication strength: Prominent ability to work in a team and to communicate effectively
10. Self-employment: Reliable and independent way of working
11. Technical skills: Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
12. Language skills: Good English skills are required
