Currently we are looking for a Logistics USA/DE Coordinator and Administrative Assistant (m/w/d) in part time who is responsible for and supports daily logistics/export/import especially between the USA and Germany to optimize the business relation between Germany and the US. Your mission Creation of airbills through UPS platform for shipment inbound and outbound between USA/Germany. Knowledge of paperless freight forwarding (a plus) Tracking shipments between German/USA/North America Customers. Oversee day-to-day shipping/receiving operations. Contact person for TEWS shipping managers in Hamburg, TEWS OF AMERICA customers and liaison between all interested parties Administrative Assistant duties for US colleagues as needed. Your profile Degree in Supply Chain Management or other commensurate degrees. Knowledge of logistics customs classification Harmonizing System including Harmonizing tariff schedules, VAT, duties, USA sales tax, and USA tariff understanding. Knowledge of paperless freight forwarding (a plus) Basic understanding of Salesforce or experience in other CRM tool. Proficiency using Microsoft platform Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak German and English (proficient). Spanish speaking a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
