In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Lead and execute site strategy, translating business objectives into clear operational priorities and measurable outcomes Own site performance, including profit planning, budgeting, P&L management, capital investment, and inventory control Ensure full compliance with German and EU health, safety, environmental, labor, and regulatory requirements while modeling a strong safety and quality culture Drive operational excellence by optimizing manufacturing, materials planning, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to support long‑term business growth Develop, engage, and lead a high‑performing, cross‑functional leadership team across operations, supply chain, quality, safety, finance, HR, and project management Foster transparent communication and constructive collaboration with employees and works councils Champion talent development through succession planning, performance management, training, and engagement initiatives Ensure adherence to corporate trade compliance policies and support integration of site processes, tools, and organizational standards within Emerson Who You Are: You set clear direction and align people and resources around shared goals, translating complex strategies into practical actions.
