Corporate Secretarial Expertise
This role offers hands-on experience in managing corporate secretarial, regulatory, and client-facing activities within a dynamic investment landscape.
* Oversee a diverse portfolio of companies, including funds, SPVs, and holding companies, handling both administrative and corporate secretarial tasks.
* Support the Conducting Officer in planning, coordinating, and executing regulatory obligations and administrative requirements.
* Collaborate with external advisors, lawyers, and clients regarding transaction documents, contracts, and compliance matters.
* Manage bank account openings and coordinate AML/KYC requests.
* Organize and attend board meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain all required records.
* Work with auditors, tax advisors, bankers, and legal advisors on corporate governance matters.
The successful candidate will be responsible for directly reporting to the Conducting Officer responsible for Corporate Secretarial functions.
