Procurement logistics manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop global procurement plans for transportation and warehouse resources, liaise with high-quality 2C last-mile service providers, postal services, and local truck fleets to ensure efficient resource implementation.
2. Source and manage intercontinental warehouse resources, continuously optimize the supplier system, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement through negotiation, evaluation, and cost control.
3. Introduce and integrate quality transportation resources, conduct contract negotiations and risk management, and enhance resource reserves and competitiveness.
4. Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of transportation service providers, establish evaluation mechanisms, and drive the optimization of the supplier structure.
5. Establish and improve procurement management systems and processes to ensure business compliance and operational efficiency.
6. Collaborate with product, operations, sales, and other teams to promote resource implementation and enhance operational quality.


Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in international logistics/warehousing, with team management experience. Candidates with European 2C last-mile or trucking resources are preferred.
2. Proficient in supplier development, negotiation, and performance management, with a solid understanding of the transportation market and pricing systems.
3. Proven project management experience, ability to independently lead project-based tasks, strong organizational and coordination skills, and a team-oriented spirit.
4. Integrity, pragmatism, strong resilience under pressure, and the ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently.
5. Proficient in office software and basic data analysis tools. Experience in e-commerce logistics is a plus.

1.制定全球运力与仓储资源采购计划,对接优质2C尾程服务商、邮政及当地车队,保障资源高效落地。

2.开发与管理洲际仓储资源,持续优化供应商体系,通过谈判、评估和成本管控实现降本增效。

3.引入并整合优质运力资源,完成合同谈判与风险管控,提升资源储备与竞争力。

4.分析运力服务商优劣势,建立考核机制,推动供应商结构优化。

5.建立并完善采购管理制度与流程,确保业务合规与高效执行。

6.协同产品、运营、销售等团队,推动资源落地与运营质量提升。


职位要求:

1.3年以上国际物流/仓储领域经验,具备团队管理经验,拥有欧洲2C尾程或卡派资源者优先。

2.精通供应商开发、谈判与绩效管理,熟悉运力市场与价格体系。

3.有成功的项目管理经验,能独立承接项目性工作,具备良好的组织协调能力和团队合作精神。

4.诚信务实,抗压能力强,具备快速学习和独立解决问题的能力。

5.熟练使用办公及数据分析软件,有电商物流经验者优先。
