Position: Territory Business Manager – Germany
The client is seeking a Territory Business Manager to strengthen their sales team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience or strong interest in wound care who wish to join a reputable pharmaceutical company.
Location: Baden-Württemberg & Rhineland-Palatinate (including Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Pforzheim, etc.)
Reporting to: Sales Director
Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell the company’s products within your territory
2. Identify business opportunities, understand customer needs, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and develop an effective sales strategy with Manager support
3. Maintain a strategic business plan aligned with company standards
4. Execute all sales activities, from product presentations to client training, ensuring key messages are communicated
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
6. Represent the company at conferences, congresses, and trade fairs
7. Ensure CRM system data is up-to-date and compliant with company standards
8. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Medical teams to achieve shared goals

Candidate Profile:

9. Paramedical or nursing degree, or equivalent experience
10. Previous experience in a similar role within the medical or pharmaceutical sector
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset
13. Comfortable with digital tools: Microsoft Office, CRM, and Showpad
14. Native German speaker with good English proficiency
15. Valid driving license
16. Problem-solving mindset, able to propose innovative solutions to develop sales
