We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join a dynamic team in Darmstadt.
This is a business-critical role, supporting customers across Europe and ensuring a seamless experience across the full order-to-delivery (order-to-cash) process within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end order process (order entry through to delivery and invoicing)
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries (pricing, availability, order status, documentation)
* Process orders, quotations, returns, and credit notes in ERP/CRM systems
* Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, sales, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery
* Handle customer complaints and issue resolution
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g. REACH, GMP, ISO)
* Maintain accurate customer data and reporting
* Support the sales team with administrative and product-related activities
Your Profile:
* Years’ experience in Customer Service / Order Management
* Experience within chemicals, life sciences, pharma, or similar regulated industries preferred
* Strong understanding of B2B processes
* Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP, SAGE)
* Fluent in German and English
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
