Your role
As F&B Service Manager, you will take responsibility for our F&B outlets Assoluto Ristorante & Vineria and the westhub Bar & Lounge, ensuring smooth daily operations together with your team.
You are present in day-to-day operations, lead your teams on a daily basis, and work closely with the Assistant Director of F&B.

Your responsibilities
1. You take operational responsibility for multiple F&B outlets in daily business operations.
2. You lead, plan, and further develop your teams as well as apprentices.
3. You ensure that service quality and guest satisfaction remain at a high level across all areas.
4. You monitor key figures such as revenue, costs, and efficiency, and derive appropriate actions.
5. You implement and further develop F&B concepts together with your team and the F&B leadership.
6. You work closely with the Assistant Director of F&B and actively contribute to operational decisions.
7. You are present in service and actively work on the floor – close to both guests and team.
8. You support recruiting and onboarding new team members and guide their integration.
What you bring
9. Several years of experience in the F&B sector, ideally with initial leadership responsibility.
10. Experience in hotels or environments with multiple outlets is an advantage.
11. You enjoy taking responsibility and coordinating multiple areas.
12. You work in a structured way and maintain oversight even in dynamic situations.
13. You understand financial and operational key figures in the F&B sector.
14. You have good German and English language skills.
15. You hold a valid work permit for Germany / EU.
