We operate the IT infrastructure for all pension insurance providers in Germany. Among other things, our service management team ensures efficient processes, guarantees the quality of our services, and is in direct contact with our customers. Customer service coordinates and manages IT services, and we work closely with the technical and commercial departments. Your tasks Coordinating and managing requirements management Coordinating service level management (defining and monitoring SLAs) Performing tasks in the area of customer service management, such as business relationship management with department heads, RV carrier management, external companies, and internal colleagues Acting as the point of contact for customer inquiries (content-related, contractual, and technical) regarding customer requirements, including feasibility analyses and economic assessments Contributing to the updating of the DRV data center's product portfolio in the development of product strategies and the introduction of new products Advise and support customers in budget planning and management as far as the products and services of the DRV data center are concerned. Your profile You have successfully completed a university degree (bachelor's/diploma) with a focus on IT or economics, or an equivalent qualification. Alternatively, you have successfully completed commercial, office, or administrative vocational training, or IT-oriented vocational training. You already have several years of professional experience in IT service management or IT account management. You have knowledge of project management methods. Ideally, you have a qualification or further training in the IT field with an understanding of IT topics and knowledge of the IT infrastructure of a data center.
