Your seat to fill:
1. Act as the financial Business Partner for the European Wholesale business, ensuring fact-based and transparent decision-making
2. Lead budget and forecast process for the European Wholesale business
3. Report and Analyse monthly financial performance for Actuals, Forecast and Budget
4. Prepare and present regular management reports, decision papers, and ad-hoc analyses for management
5. Develop business cases together with cross-functional teams for business initiatives including post-implementation evaluation and recommendations to the management
6. Take ownership of the month-end closing process and identify opportunities for improvements
7. Ensure all financial operations comply with company policies and internal controls

8. Several years of professional experience in Controlling or Finance, ideally in a wholesale evironment
9. Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
10. High level of ownership, proactivity, and a structured working style, with a strong attention to detail and hands on mentality
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making
12. Proven track record as a business partner, confidently working with non-finance stakeholders
13. Solid understanding of finacial KPIs and business performance drivers
14. Experience in developing business cases and investment analyses
15. Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an Advantage
16. Fluent in English as well as German skills on a good communication Level
