What You Can Expect

As a Zimmer Biomet full life-cycle Talent Partner, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent in the DACH region, with additional support for global locations as needed. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

This is a fixed-term maternity cover for 12–18 months, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

How You'll Create Impact

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.

Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advice on market realities or alternatives.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.

Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Zimmer Biomet’s requirements, culture, and values.

Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for Zimmer Biomet and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate.

Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline.

Support Zimmer Biomet’s diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing when needed and supporting a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience.

Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects.

Your Background

6+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Acquisition Advisor/Partner

Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.

Experience hiring senior individual contributor roles through Director level

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

What Makes You Stand Out

Strong sourcing techniques

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates.

Influencing and negotiation skills

English and German fluency required. French is a strong asset.

Physical Requirements & Travel Expectations

This role is remote with occasional travel required.
