This position is responsible for accelerating the commercial expansion of LiuGong BEV products in DACH Region, with a strong focus on sales growth, key account acquisition, dealer activation, and market promotion. The role combines business development, product selling, commercial strategy, and hands-on market execution to drive rapid adoption of electric machinery across the Nordic region.
Sales Growth & Revenue Delivery
Take lead responsibility for achieving annual sales targets of electric excavators, wheel loaders, and electric machinery portfolio in DACH Region.
Develop and execute country-level sales plans, including volume targets, pricing, discount frameworks, demo strategy, and competitive positioning.
Zero-emission or sustainability-driven project owners
Convert demo trials and pilot projects into long-term purchase agreements or framework contracts.
Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities using structured key account management (KAM) processes.
Coach dealer sales teams on value selling, competitive differentiation, and customer engagement.
Drive dealer marketing execution, including open days, roadshows, demo events, and joint customer visits.
Market Activation & Brand Promotion
Lead regional marketing campaigns to position LiuGong as a leader in electric construction machinery.
Develop selling materials, case studies, electric product presentations, and digital content for the Nordic market.
Pre-Sales Support & Solution Selling
Coordinate with product and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
Continuously analyze Nordic market trends in electrification, sustainability requirements, local incentives, and competitor activities.
Fluent in German and English
