Student Assistant Program Management (all genders)
That�s what the job brings:
* You�ll actively support the Program Management team in Kaiserslautern with collecting, compiling, validating, and analyzing data for projects and reporting.
* You�ll be actively involved in the preparation of coordinative and decision events as well as target group-specific PowerPoint presentations, Excel elaborations etc.
* You�ll actively support the rollout and implementation of our newly introduced Program Management tool, Smartsheet.
* You�ll support in data management as well as the documentation of projects.
* You�ll be involved in project administration, task and action tracking and recurring activities in the day-to-day business.
* Flexible working hours (within the scope of a minimum of 12 hours per week) with potential to work from home.
That�s what you bring in:
* Your field of study is in economics, industrial engineering, business computer science, business management or business engineering (or any related combination studies).
* You have very good English skills (written and spoken), knowledge of German is an advantage.
* You have very good organizational skills and an affinity for technical processes and correlations.
* You have first experience in MS Project, PowerBi, Smartsheet and SharePoint as well as database / SQL knowledge is advantageous.
* You like to work process-oriented and structured.
* You have a hands-on mentality and like to work within a team.
