Job Description
2. Lead a team of identity and access management specialists.
3. Be responsible for the administration and optimization of technical, highly privileged, and normal users. Ensure security monitoring, maintenance, and the further development of these structures.
4. Actively develop our IAM architecture and continuously improve processes in the area of identity and access management.
5. Manage and coordinate the onboarding of new applications into the IAM system, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with all security and compliance requirements.
6. Design our long-term system strategy.
Qualifications
7. A degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
8. Several years of professional experience in identity and access management.
9. In-depth knowledge of IAM architecture, processes, IT compliance, and regulations
10. Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and strong communication skills.
11. Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
