About the Role
Mergent Group is proud to partner with Kelly Tillage, a global innovator in sustainable agricultural machinery, to recruit a Supply and Logistics Coordinator (m/w/d) for its European operations based in Stolpen, Saxony.
In this key position, you will oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination to support manufacturing and distribution activities across Europe. You will work closely with both local partners and the Australian headquarters, requiring strong English and German language skills. This is a high-impact role within a small and agile team—perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Create and manage purchase orders; maintain strong relationships with suppliers
* Monitor inventory and ensure timely availability of materials for production
* Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including customs and transport documentation
* Maintain data accuracy in ERP systems for procurement and stock control
* Ensure compliance with relevant EU and German regulations
* Collaborate closely with internal teams across Europe and Australia
Your Profile
* Experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement—ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
* Fluent in English and German (both spoken and written)
* Confident in working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
* Well-organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
* Familiar with customs, freight forwarding, or international shipping processes
* A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
