Scientific Innovator
Develop and optimize hydrocolloid solutions for food and beverage segments as a key member of our team.
Responsibilities include scientific leadership, project management, customer guidance, team development, and stakeholder communication.
* Conduct lab- and pilot scale experiments to develop applications in food and beverage products
* Apply knowledge of hydrocolloids to solve technical challenges in food formulation and processing
* Support cross-sector innovation projects in non-food applications (e.g., personal care, industrial) as needed
