Our client is a leading company in the field of project management, client representation and engineering planning with over thousands of employees, for the company in Regensburg we are looking for a Project Planner MEP (full-time position).
Qualifications and knowledge:
* Technical training (technical system planner) with additional training as a state-certified technician (TGA area) or a successfully completed technical college degree (e.g. building technology, TGA planning)
* Good AutoCAD knowledge
* Initial experience in hook-up planning and/or TGA planning (1-3 years)
* Communicate confidently in German
Duties and responsibilities:
* Coordination and development of project principles with trades and system managers
* Derivation of the required dimensions of systems or pipe systems to ensure security of supply and disposal
* Plan creation in AutoCAD
* Organization of the construction site process with trades and plant managers
* Creation of schedules
* Construction supervision
* Organization and implementation of commissioning and decommissioning of systems and infrastructure
* Cost planning
* Documentation and project completion
