We are seeking a seasoned Head of Engineering to spearhead our Website Platform and Services, driving growth through technical innovation.
This pivotal role demands leadership acumen, strategic vision, and expertise in modern web architectures. You will co-create the technical roadmap with Tech Leads and Staff+ Engineers, ensuring scalability, security, maintainability, and sustainable evolution for our headless web platform built on Storyblok (CMS), Laravel services, and Vue.js frontends.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop a cohesive engineering strategy that aligns with business objectives.
* Promote speed, performance SEO GEO optimization as core drivers for traffic growth and conversion.
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners UX Marketing Growth stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable product outcomes.
* Evaluate current systems architecture making recommendations for improvement implementing enhancements accordingly using tools such as CI/CD code quality observability performance monitoring).

1. A minimum 5 years' experience in senior engineering roles preferably within high-traffic digital platforms or MarTech companies. Strong affinity marketing-driven products conversion optimization UX growth-oriented engineering.
