This role will be pivotal in supporting our ambitious Flexibility Program, which aims to integrate cutting-edge technologies and market insights to drive a smarter, more sustainable energy future. Your Responsibilities: Executive-Level Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including managing complex calendars, scheduling global meetings, and preparing high-level briefings and materials. Strategic Coordination and Follow-Up: Act as a central liaison for the leadership team, ensuring alignment on key initiatives, and facilitating clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. Tool and Agile Methodology Expertise: Utilize modern tools and agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration, efficiency, and project delivery, reflecting the agile practices common in tech startups and scale-ups. Your Profile: Industry Experience: Significant experience in a similar hybrid role within the energy, technology, or related sectors, with a deep understanding of energy markets, distributed energy resources (DERs), and renewable technologies. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields; additional certifications or qualifications are advantageous. Agile and Tech-Driven Skills: Proficiency in agile methodologies and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Microsoft Teams, Slack) to support agile project management practices. Global Perspective: Comfortable navigating a globally distributed environment, coordinating across different time zones, and adept at managing cultural nuances effectively. Strategic and Operational Acumen: Strong ability to balance administrative tasks with strategic priorities, proactively resolving challenges and driving impactful change. Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated expertise in building and managing relationships with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners, fostering trust and collaboration.
