Your daily tasks will include
️ support the People & Culture Business Partners throughout the entire employee lifecycle process
️ creation of employment contracts and diverse addendums
️ solve employee requests and manage benefits-related duties
️ prepare and conduct our onboarding and offboarding process
️ conduct payroll related tasks in collaboration with our external tax and payroll office
️ be the go-to person for all People & Culture topics — approachable, helpful, and solutions-focused
️ help shape our internal policies and keep admin processes smooth, efficient, and future-ready
The following will make you succeed in this role
️ at least 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources or People & Culture
️ familiarity with labor law is a strong advantage
️ hands-on experience with Workday is preferred
️ excellent German (C2) and fluent English skills (B2) — both written and spoken, for working in an international team
