Job Overview
The IT System Administrator Support role involves delivering proactive and reactive technical support to users, along with managing access permissions and authorizations. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing patches, overseeing client and server management, configuring and maintaining monitoring systems, optimizing and documenting IT infrastructure processes, and planning, implementing, and configuring new IT solutions.
* Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Proven experience in first and second-level technical support is essential.
* Strong knowledge of network security, data protection, and IT security principles is required.
* Familiarity with Microsoft server products, including Active Directory, Teams, and Exchange Online, is necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in German (at least B2/C1 level) and good knowledge of English.
