Job Title: HRIS Portfolio Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to assume the role of HRIS & Portfolio Coordinator.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and operating day-to-day activities of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other data protection regulations. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong sense of confidentiality, and proficiency with IT tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain user incidents, change requests in relation to HRIS systems and their interface with third-party systems.
* Support Human Resources units in digitalizing processes, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
* Administer user permissions in HRIS systems, guaranteeing secure access to sensitive information.
* Perform system upgrades, provide training, and technical support to ensure seamless operation.
* Collaborate with Human Resources units to maintain internal processes, aligning them with organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the field, preferably with a focus on HRIS systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
* Proficient in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English languages.
