Your role
EPSYLON is a collective of 13 cutting-edge experimental laboratories in various fields of psychology research at the Faculty of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences.
The network coordinates, promotes and advances experimental psychological research in Luxembourg and holds leading expertise in the design of cutting-edge research facilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
* First contact point for researchers, suppliers, students and volunteers involved in experimental research
* Interface between researchers and central services for finance-related requirements and regulations
* Assisting the Director and Council members in the coordination and optimal use of the 11 labs and the equipment and facilities
* Ensuring transparent communication internally and externally
You will work closely with a large variety of people, ensuring flexibility to react to urgencies. You should have excellent communication skills, be service-oriented, and a team player.
